Twenty years ago, Debbie started her career in dentistry as a dental and orthodontic assistant. She wasn’t satisfied to stay there and soon decided to become a dental hygienist. Since she joined our practice in 2010, she has been an amazing force for oral health. Debbie’s positive attitude and commitment to our patients has made her a favorite face in our office. Many of our patients think of her as a friend and look forward to their routine cleanings!
When she isn’t providing superior care, Debbie enjoys spending time with her husband, playing and watching sports, relaxing in front of the TV, and playing with her dog.
Lety has been caring for people for as long as she’s been working. Before becoming an amazing dental assistant, she spent countless volunteer hours at Planned Parenthood to help counsel teenagers in need and continues to be our go-to person for patient care and comfort. Lety has been with Dr. Ghina Morad for 11 years and continues to learn and grow professionally whenever she has the chance. She’s also skilled in orthodontic treatment and has gained an amazing amount of skill in her 20 years in the industry.
When Lety isn’t ensuring our patients’ happiness and comfort, she enjoys plenty of fun activities. From running to shopping, Lety never slows down! She also loves spending time with her husband, son, and daughter.
Kathleen started her career as a dental assistant after graduating from the College of San Mateo’s dental assisting program in 2003. She has always had a true passion for helping others and making her patients feel at ease during their visits. During her 6 years of being a dental assistant, she acquired different front office skills and progressed her way into an office manager role where she now enjoys being at the forefront of interaction with patients.
Outside of work, Kathleen enjoys spending time with her husband and her three beautiful kids, singing and trying new foods.

As a child, I was always drawn to the medical field, performing operations on my dolls, intending to take care of all of their health needs. After receiving my RDA license, I began learning the science of orthodontics, and from there moved to working in the broad scope of general dentistry. I enjoy dentistry so much because of the promise it provides for endless learning. In dentistry, each day is unique, and each patient has his or her own set of individual needs. I embrace the daily challenge of rising to each occasion aimed at delivering exemplary care to all of my patients.
Outside of my hygiene days at the office, I enjoy volunteering to take care of the oral health of the underprivileged and elderly patients locally and beyond.
