Straighten Teeth without Compromising Your Appearance
Often, when people hear about orthodontics, they envision traditional treatment involving unsightly brackets and wires. While traditional braces are still commonly used to correct misaligned teeth, modern dentistry has provided a more discreet corrective process for adults and teens who need minor teeth adjustments, but are concerned with how they will look during treatment. Dr. Ghina Morad is pleased to offer Invisalign® clear aligners that can effectively straighten your teeth without compromising your appearance.
Invisalign® Vs. Traditional Braces
- No metal brackets or wires
- Less invasive treatment
- No dietary restrictions
- No soft tissue irritation
- Reduced risk of tooth decay
What Is the Invisalign Treatment Process?
Invisalign clear aligners are the ideal solution if you have mild to moderate teeth crowding and are looking for a substitute for traditional braces that will still achieve a beautiful, straight smile. During your initial evaluation, Dr. Morad will take impressions of your teeth that will be used to create your aligners. Your clear aligners must be worn about 22 hours per day and should be removed when you eat and clean your teeth. You will switch out your aligner every two weeks and visit us regularly to ensure your treatment is on track. Most of our patients receive their ideal smile in about a year!
Benefits of Invisalign
- Nearly invisible treatment
- Easily removable
- Shorter treatment time
- Comfortable and convenient
- Worn 20-22 hours a day
Invisalign Is the Ideal Solution for Busy Patients
Invisalign aligners are the ideal solution for busy adults and teens who do not want traditional braces to hinder their professional or social lifestyles. It is important to note that anyone electing to undergo treatment is responsible for the wear and care of the aligners. Because the aligners can be removed, failing to wear them for the required amount of time can lengthen treatment time. When used correctly, Invisalign aligners can correct issues ranging from tooth rotation and overbites to gapped or crowded teeth.
Multiple Options Backed by an Experienced Dentist
Invisalign may not be the best option for every patient, which is why we also offer traditional braces and ClearCorrect™ clear aligners. During your initial consultation, we will use our expertise of orthodontics to help determine which treatment plan works best for your smile goals and lifestyle. No matter the option, orthodontic treatment can benefit your oral and overall health, in addition to giving you a straight smile!
